Sounds like it. A little twisted maybe? You seem to do a lot of dreaming/thinking about aliens, doc, eh?

Yeah, ever since I watched First Wave. What a good series.

Yeah I found the lucid dreaming topic! More conversation must follow, this is a good thread, yet if not, sorry for the resurrection.

Well, not too much more can be said about it. No one here has successfully done it yet. I did get close a few times. I realized I was dreaming while I was still asleep, but I always wake up once I realize it instinctivly.
I had a very wierd experience once: I was going to sleep and I just closed my eyes, and when I opened them, it was day time. That part is not so unusual but it is if it seemed like it happened over just a few seconds. It was as normal as just a regular blink, eyes close and open. It litterally seemed to be that short.

I had one of those as well. DId you know that if you whisper something into someone's ear while they are sleeping, they will dream it? So i guess that kind of counts. Look at this ad that appeared at the top of the page. www.LucidDreamingPill.com

Interesting idea they have, but there is one dissadvantage though: Sometimes its better to keep them random. They say that you could search for ideas and courses of action, but some would probably argue that you can't seek the answers like that, the answers will find you when they are needed. I myself woudn't mind achieving lucid dreaming. There are some dreams that i would have liked to have taken control of.
