This thread will be for discussing tose two things. For funny nicknames(given by friends) i have been given breadboy, because i eat way too much bread. I eat like a whole loaf a day and see nothing happen. For random talents, i guess that counts as one, but i can also say words backwards without even thinking about it. I am not as good as it know as i was before, but if i practice i can get better quickly. I can also stare into the sun or stare at something for an incredibly long time on certain days.

...If you tried that with the sun then you probably have glasses don't you? I've been called the Fiend for reason I don't even know. I have a definate talent for cooking, I hope to make a career out of it some day.

I have no glasses, and i am a pretty good cooker among my friends, my knowledge of spices far exceeds the knowledge of my friends, i can make muffins chicken sandwiches: grilled wiht turkey and hceese and on great bread and spices. and other random things.
I guess i am a decent cooker.

You are indeed if you can make that. My latest cooking acheivement was created by me. (No recipe was used) I had wonton wrappers but I had little idea of what to do with them. I looked in a Chinese cookbook and all of the Wonton recipes require deepfrying. I didn't have the equipment for that so I just took some ground beef, put some in a wonton wrapper, seal the wonton and coat it in a butter, cayenne pepper and oyster sauce and pan fried them. They are so good, and the same thing works for egg roles too.

It's usually not that healthy for you I know, but that's because nearly half of it is deep-fried. My wonton method is much healthier. You can try it too. It's not very expensive to make. The wonton wrappers are only roughly a $1.29 for 100 wrappers, and not deep fired they are healthy. Its a good appetizer i think.

How would you classify cooking as a bizarre talent? That's not even that unusual. But perhaps your exotic choices of WHAT to cook are more so.

...I just call him an Arse. (It has such a comical history)
I have just tried another Wonton expiriemt: I used an Oyster sauce, butter and Sesame Oil and then fried the wontons with steak inside of it. I was so good! (Feel free to try it)
You want an unusal talent Ras? OK how about this one: I can crack my fingers at will just by making a fist with only one hand, and I can keep them going with less than a second interval! It starts to hurt after a while, some say that I will get arthritis very quicklly.

Yes but a new study proves that cracking your fingers prevents it, not induces it.

I knew that it would not induce arthritis but I had no idea it would prevent that...my hands are OK then!

I doubt it, there is nothing "OK" about that "talent" (Note repeated use of quotations) I don't recall anyone being able to do that, or be proud of it, for that matter.

I didn't say I was proud of it, but I don't consider it a defect either.

Hm, you don't too often find people who are so eager to admit it! But more of a defficiency than a talent, but that would likely depend on your viewpoint. Depends, of course on whether you enjoy annoying people, then you COULD call it a talent.
