Nope. Probably because of technical difficulties... though I don't really see what the problem would be. GameCube is inferior, but not THAT inferior. Twinsanity's not the next step in technical evolution.
I'm surprised the game actually made it to the shelves, with so much that got cut out.

Actually, a gamecube version was always planned but then it got cancelled for some reason.
