We disscuss a lot of controversial issues here. I would consider that a good thing, great conversation builders. Anyway, I'm not so sure that is an effective way of mending lost limbs for mamals. The arm would be out of place an disrupt the balance your use to...on the other hand losing an arm would have a similar effect except you don't have a new limb to get use to. I hope one day scientist are able to use reptile style regeneration for humans and other animals. It would be so helpful!

1. Through bioengineering. 2. His given name is Unknown (Open For Suggestions). His human name is Fred 3. He possesses advanced evolution and adaptive abilities as the researchers say. It is able to regenerate lost body parts like any reptile, it can grow new limbs or special features depending on the environment it needs to survive in. For example, if it needs to survive under water, it will grow gills to breath under water and webbed hands and feet, if it needs to hunt for food, it can develop venom glands or claws. If it is being hunted by people using arrows or guns it will develop a hard carapace or an exoskeleton. If it is in a mountain range and walking is slow going, it can grow wings. In short, it can grow body parts similar to what ordinary animals have to adapt to its environment or the situation at hand. It contains a very aggressive immune system that makes it impervious to most diseases. 4. He generally doesn’t dress at all, but in a human form, like a regular office worker. 5. He can get around through by land, water and air by growing the needed body parts to travel anywhere. 6. The researchers that created him and as well as their other creations among him. 7. He lives in a city near a tropical region where the researchers are secretly located. 8. He can grow a second layer of skin that looks human and he can change from reptile to mammal. When he needs to return to his basic form, he just sheds that skin and returns to his original reptilian/humanoid form. 9. His identity is a common office worker. 10. He is weak against piercing physical attacks if he does not have an exoskeleton or a hard carapace produced. A disadvantage he has is that it can take a long time to grow the body parts. If it needs to grow something that covers most of the body or grow multiple appendages, then it could take hours. The only thing it cannot regenerate is his entire head. If he loses all of his head, he can’t live. The Researchers are also producing some sort of bio-toxin that will kill him, but it is far from complete. The researchers of this creature were trying to create a creature designed for war that had all the benefits of nature. They gathered DNA from all known forms of life on Earth and composed the creature with it. The results were successful but something went wrong with his mind. Unlike all of their earlier projects this one had too much free will and it learned too much of it’s purpose and what the researchers were up to to be successfully controlled. He escaped with the first chance he had. For a long time he maintained human form to blend in the crowd in order to hide. He lived in that city for 3 years, and during that time the top researcher and the founder of his project knew that his hired scientists would start to question the ethics of what they are doing and eventually they would rebel against him, so he designed some of his earlier creations to perform research task other than military tasks. After he killed all of his hired scientist, he was going to replace them with his automatons. Once that was complete, he was free to continue his work and he had every intention of testing them against human subjects. When he learned that his escaped creature was hiding in the same city he was going to unleash his creations in to conduct his tests. He saw this as an opportunity to test his creations and get his master piece back at the same time. This creature knew he could only hide for so long, it would only be a matter of time before his creators found him. Normally he would just hide in the forest or somewhere else but after living with humans for 3 years he grew fond of them and even made a few friends. He has no intention of running this time, he intends to fight off every attempt to capture him. EH?

It does sound kind of similar to my hero, but Regeneration is all that I was thinking of. Adapting that reptilian ability would enable us to grow back lost limbs so amputations won't be so bad anymore, insuraces for lost limbs might go down and more importantly, the disabled can regain full mobility again.
BOT: Movie V For Vendetta This has to be one of the most impressive movies I've seen all year! It is not only a prediction of the future but also a representation of the past at the same time! It deals a lot with governmental issues and the power of ideas, also played multiple roles in the past. The effects and the clever plots were astonishing! It had a very Matrix style for blade afterimages so I'm told. I say its worthy of a 9.5/10!

(I realize I have been double posting like this for a while now but it is nessessary to make a recent post to increase that chance of people comming here. Just as a side note to all who silently or otherwise object to this double posting.) I have just watched Jurassic Park! I must considering how old it was, it was not a bad movie at all. The plot was interesting even if some parts were a little out of the ordinary, like making a Dinosaur equivalent of a zoo, but the cloneing idea was interesting to say the least. i don't understand why they would use frog DNA though, frogs are anphibians and dinosaurs are reptiles. Shouldn't they have used a lizard, snake or alligator DNA? The dinosaurs themselves were impressively done considering they used real models and the dinosaur sounds were not what I expected but they were enjoyable none the less. My only objections were that the ending was a little lacking. They escaped from the island but they did not bother to explain what happened after that. Taking everything into consideration, I deem this movie worthy of a 7.2/10.

I do agree with you on that it was too abrupt of an end, but they did continue it with 2 sequels and another sequel coming out soon, but in my opinion, the idea has been milked too much, along with Jaws.

Jaws just went too far! What the heck is keeping that shark alive!? I do like the movies but it is getting a little rediculous. If I had to name the next movie it would look a little something like this: "Jaws: Face It, You Can't Kill It."
What are the titles of the Jurassic Park sequals I would like to see them?

Jaws? Bah! That is a dry well if I ever saw one. They have even made a game on it, looks terrible. As for the movies, they don't make a lot of sense. Same shark? Offspring of the same shark? If so, it holds a grudge against the family that killed its parents? Not a great plot, I must say. The shark was BLOWN UP, then skewered, etc. Just don't go in the water!

What can you expect from the 1970's? It was good for its time and it's still OK today. It can't compare to some movies we have now but it's still good. As for the game I would probably find it amusing for a while. You play as Jaws and go around killing everything that moves, but it would get boring because there wouldn't be much to do beyond that.

Jurassic Park The Lost World Jurassic Park III Jurassic Park IV(New one)
Getting a bit uncreative with the titles. ANd to Ras's comment on the shark, supposedly it was the result of a curse by some voodoo priest, and it followed them everywhere. A new Rocky is being made(See spaceballs for my opinion on the rocky series) a new Indiana Jones, and a new Rambo, staring Matthew Fox(Jack) The world is running out of ideas!

I can see that, like I suggestes before, directors should start making more fantasy based movies. How the heck would someone know that about Jaws? I've seen the first 2 movies and nothing even remotely like that came up! I can't wait to see this new Jurassic Park and the new Indiana Jones. I like Indiana Jones, but there weren't enough movies on it. Do they still plan to use Harison Ford? He does not look like he once did, but what is it they plan to do?
