The texture mapping wan't UV. It was something called an Object map. I'm not entirely sure how it works, but it serves my purposes so far. It will have to do until I can learn more.

Incredibly sad! How do they expect people to 3D animate if they don't know what to do? You could just expiriment but there are so many buttons! And some just do nothing so expirimenting would take forever!
