I believe JB did a similar thing with SuperHamster, though I could be wrong.

The eyes and mouth were separate meshes, the nose I did that with, and some other character's i've done with just textures.

Nice FG, But you added the hands and eyes by a paint program. PS, JB, you'll run into big problems if you use seperate meshes for faces, I know its tough, but you have to try to limit the amount of meshes. For example, in my scene, the land is all on giant cube. About that, here are some recent work on project : "The World" I now finished 2 of 4 islands. the movie is going to be about 7000 frames as well!!! The house, and look, a lookout stand on top of the hill: Airerial view of the 1st island. look water in the ditch, and even a culvert! Airerial view of the 2nd island, a small lake, and a bridge going across it! Even some crates from Crash Bandicoot!! And you know that one hill thts very flat? Im gonig to put a Dr. Neo cortex picture on it: Close up view of the ? boxes. Whats in it?: heres a few images to help you modelers out there(FG and JB) It shows about point editing and stuff: And there you have it, the current progress on, "The World"

FG, you XYZ axis arnt even lined up! And your just using basic cubes and stuff.
JB, you can animated stuff in different modes, for example, you make the Model in Model mode(Deafult) then you animate with the camera in Scene mode and you animate the actual object in Sequence mode
