I should know. I bought my Adobe software a few weeks ago. Here is what I have (and they are all current generation):
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Encore DVD
Adobe Audition
Adobe Photoshop
Macromedia Fireworks
Macromedia Flash
All of this is a value of about $1,700 U.S. However, I have connections---I got a great deal for about $650. And only two are Educational Versions (but that doesn't matter--it's the exact same thing).
I was able to get Fireworks and Flash as a bonus because I bought all of the other software.
Of course, I am not new to this field. I already had the old generations for half of the programs I listed. This was a big upgrade.
I saved up for this and I get ALOT of use from it. I guess I am loaded.

Very neat I guess. I might be buying a new computer, black Dell.
Of course, Im not going to waste all this stuff on this computer. im probaqbly going to transfer the 256MB video card, and some of the RAM if I can. But my current computer, is starting to die.

Your awesome computer is starting to die? That sucks. I'm using a nice black Dell right now. My laptop is also Dell. Dell is awesome.
