Yeah Ras, I need to agree, Jaws was sad. Jurrasic park, was sad. Any movie similar to those, are sad. There all over exaggerative and make it seem like Sharks are going to eat you, and Dinosuars actually are going to hunt you down.
1) Sharks hate the taste of humans. The most they'll ever do is bite into you, then rejecting you instantly. They may eat you if there hungry enough. And judging by jaws, he had to of been VERY HUNGRY all the time.
Sorry, that movie is sad.

The exageration is the whole idea. You don't always want movies that are completely realistic.

That view might be valid for the first Jaws, but the whole family grudge plot in the sequel was annoyingly unbelievable. I wouldn't know anything about the Jurassic Park sequels, though. Just the first one, and the ending was very abrupt.

True, but perhaps the sequels make sense of that ending.
Movie: Terminor 3 This movie was not quite what I was expecting but it wasn't too bad. There was a lot of special effects and lots of destruction, but it didn't seem like there was much to it beyond that. The first and second one I heard were good but this seemed a little unsatisfying to watch. I give it a 6/10.

Movie about a poor guy living in Philadephia who boxes recreationally to earn money, and then someone approaches him about fighting professionally, and he fights the world hea vyweight champ, wins i think, and continues to fight other people. The first 3 were decent, the 4th not bad, the 5th horrible, the 6th im sure as bad, and the other two if being made will be bad. An overall rating of teh first three is a 7.2/10.

Movie: Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children
Graphics: 12/10. I dont know how those Japanese do it, but this show actually gives the effect of being better than realastic. Everything is perfect. With a slight lip- out of sync since its voiced in Japan, but even that isnt noticable.
Sound: 10/10. The music is great, all the good songs from the original game like One Winged Angel, Judgment Day, And a few others are all remade and sounding great.
Story: 8/10:[spoilers] A new problem occured on the planet, "They call it Geostigma, alien matter infesting the body"- Vincent. A excellent follow up of the game, Watch it yourself, this cant be missed.[/spoiler]
Presentation: 8/10 : The presentation was excellent, thought the movie was crammed in a 90 minute timeframe, you really need to listen and pay attention the entire time to catch it all.
Overall: 38/40. A must see.

There must be very few dull moments in that movie. They wouldn't have the time for one, but it was short as I recall, and so it should be with quality like that! 90 minutes would have taken so many years.

Especially when having to keep up with the technology curve. Ever-improving technology might have forced them to start from scratch more than once, or at least redo some parts of the movie.

Square Enix should be use to that by now though, they had to do that for some of their games.

But take note new technology isnt a mandatory thing. For example, Blizzard used 3D Studio Max 4.0 when they did Warcraft III, but at that same time, Blizzard was using 3D Studio Max 6.0 for other projects.

Transfering the models into a newer program would have just slowed them down and there would have been other problems.
