With the upcomming Hitman movie, and the games and music being one of my favorite series ever, I decided to put on the Blood Money and Contracts CD, and make a wallpaper. I got this: 47's Apocalypse, A fire strucken scene with 47 in his many Assassination poses. Some things to look out for: NONE! The image scaled almost perfectly with no image errors.

Now that is a good one. The style is good--the effects mix quite well with the images, but the partly black background works really well, judging by the shadows on the character's face and body. A good choice and placement of images, and good placement of the Hitman symbol. The text is in your standard new style, works well, an improvement in color scheme, definately. One of your best, it would not be difficult to say. Nice work.
I can give this one a 9/10. Nothing is perfect. You may fix this later, but half the tie on the left image is shadowed to the point of cutting off and beginning again. Not a large problem.

Dont worry, the tie glitch has been fixed. Its still shadowed, but not so it "dissapears". Also, another fix, is a slight recoloring in one area of hitman right image, the scaled version cant see it anyway. And as for the figures, they were both taken out of completely different enviroments. One was taken out of a day time setting, the other a dark, back ally setting. Pretty good recoloring dont you agree?

Well Reno, I must say I'm really impressed with this one! The fire effect alone looks pretty good and it fits well with the black background, and it seems just so fitting for Agent 47. I also like the work done to the symbol. The minor blur and the pattern compliments it well. The text in the gradient line worked well with this wallpaper. Your choice in images were well made and well placed considering the shadows. It almost looks as though he is standing in front of that fire and the frontal shadow is the result.
I feel that 47's Apocalypse is worthy of a 9.1/10!

Thanks JarJar, The shadows, and the image coloring for 47 was all custom done by myself. The two iamges are from completely different lighting settings, so I basically had to recolor them to suit the setting. The background fire is a exact replica of what my mind generates when listening to the song: "Apocalypse: Hitman Blood Money" and I wanted to make it as best as possible. The fire effect is very simple by the way, and I will be making a tutorial on it soon. PS 5 LE can do it as well!

I'm glad to hear that I will be able to replicate such an effect. I might have use for something like that. Once I can find a really good effect, I intend to make one of my greatest wallpapers: Drizzt DoUrden.
Knowing that you did the shadowing yourself impresses me even more, thought I don't imagine it was all that difficult was it?

The recoloring, shadowing, and cutting out the images was the long part, but it took no more than 2.5 hours. Also, since both images were from different lighting, I had to try my best to match the colors and shadows first, before going further. Can you tell which one is from the light and dark enviroment?
Despite your thoughts, the one on the right, IS NOT the one from the light enviroment. Yet it appears so.
Also, the effect can produce much more than reds. It can also produce a undead black-blue style. Which I will also post.
