It has been some time since I drew something, and Solid Snake came to mind as something I have never done before, so here it is. I think it turned out very well. The rest of the legs are not visible due to my scanner's size, but it is there, I assure you. There were some slight scaling problems; perhaps his arms are a little to long, but that can't really be seen due to the missing leg part. Also, the drawing may have made Snake look a little to bulky. Still, I like how the face turned out. What do you think?

An excellent drawing by far. It turned out quite well, and the shading is good as well. There is almost nothing wrong with the image, asides from two little things, the image is flawless. ( the right shoulder, and the base of the gun is almost not even there. But guns are difficult to draw especially when someone is holding them ( I couldnt even cut hitman holding his Baller) and I dont even know how to draw a shoulder)
9/10 for sure.

Ah, yes, you can see the parts that gave the most trouble. The gun, in particular. I was surprised to find in this image that Snake doesn't have longer, thick silencer that he sometimes has (Or maybe I'm just thinking of Big Boss? No, I'm sure Snake usually has one, too) but it wasn't there, and I decided not to put it in. Not to mention the hand that holds the gun, but that wasn't too bad. The shoulder, however was a problem that I didn't notice that much, I guess it may jut up a little too much.

Either way, it still turned out great. Especially with the shading and such

As always Raistlin, this drawing is very impressive. My only complaints are that you were right when you said the arm might be a tad long and the legs might be short, but that little problem is due to paper constraints. Otherwise, your shading is more detailed than what was present in the actual drawing. I too feel you deserve a 9/10! Good job.
