Does anyone know how long is spent making a game on average? I just wondered, as the only Crash game so far announced this year is for the DS, so if they want to make one for the PS as well then I'd hope they won't rush it just to make sure it's out in time for Crimble.

Well, I think the average is 3 years, but lately crash games are being rushed, which is really sad.

Very very sad and it may even take longer because they may want to delete things from the game like in Twinsanity which makes it buggy and short

Twinsanity's length was one of the worst mistakes they made to a Crash game.
WE WANT CRASH EVOLUTION!

Wrath of Cortex was certainly rushed out (hence the slow loading times, I suppose). CTTR was possibly the smallest Crash game yet (I know I certainly finished it much quicker than any Crash game I've ever played, and after that there isn't much replay value).

Actually, on the X-Box Platinum Hits version for WOC, the loading times are awesomely fast.

The load times for WOC on PS2, Greatest hits is about 25 seconds.

That's horrible. Max for X-Box Platinum Hits is 10 seconds. Minimum is like 5.

Not bad, not bad. Oh well, I dont play WOC anymore, it was a wierd game! The characters looked retarted!

But the first four Crash games came out only a year after each other and were made by the same people.

Usually games come out a year after another because of some deadline.

Yeah, and often the result is short and glitchy.
