Are there any 3D modelling programs available to get anywhere?

I don't know. Ask the Doc.

The Doc know of a great one I think but you need a few hundred dollars. You could try Blender but it's very glitchy. I think there is an improved version and it might be good but I can't tell you much beyond that.

Anim8or is free.
But the real pro ones (Which I might be buying soon enough) Are programs like 3D Studio Max, which is at lease 400$, then theres Lightwave and Maya, which are probably at least 350$

At least you have a manual to work with. If you had blender, you would find that the manual for it isn't even finished.
