As seen on the next Episode preview, Ben tells swayer while getting a birds eye view of the island " Theres nowhere to run" what could this mean?

That would seem to depend on what Ben is showing Sawyer before saying that. Perhaps the four-toed statue, but I don't see why that would have any effect on Sawyer. Of course, it is possible that Ben is saying that in a completely different context, and it was just put into the preview because it gave suspense.

That is one possibility, but if they are from the same clip, Sawyer sees something that confirms Ben's claim that they can't leave island, but what I have no idea.

Or maybe Sawyer is about to run off...and of the clip i saw Ben starts to torture Sawyer, maybe this is the prelude to when Ben begins doing this. I dont know...I'm not very good at these minor predictions.

I suppose that's possible. One of the things Ben said was "The only way to gain the respect of a con-man is to con him." This obviously suggests that Ben is going to decieve Sawyer in something, and maybe your torture prediction has something to do with that.
